Safety or Production ?

Those question always come when we try to implement the Safety in production site. The first sight the management always said that safety is EXPENSIEVE.

Safety gear or build the safety system is not a cheap but what a cost if the employee get injured everyday ? how about the company reputation ?how about the goverment ?

There are many things to think about if we ignore the safety of the site and the people.

So let's start the safety from ourself and try to influence others by example.
